Days of our Lives spoilers for Thursday, March 14 zoom in on John, Steve, and Ava dealing with the fact that their actions led to a dangerous drug lord, sociopath, child abuser, and killer out into the world.
Actions Have Consequences
We get it. John (Drake Hogestyn), Steve (Stephen Nichols), and Ava (Tamara Braun) felt like they had no other choice but to do what Clyde (James Read) demanded if they wanted to find Tripp (Lucas Adams) and Wendy (Victoria Grace) before it was too late. Steve and Ava are Tripp’s parents, and John…John is a ride-or-die kind of BFF.
But now that the dust has settled a little, they actually have to slow down and think about what they’ve done. Yeah, Tripp and Wendy are safe… for now. But what about the next time Clyde wants to hold something over their heads? What about their other loved ones in Salem? What about Marlena (Deidre Hall)? What about Kayla (Mary Beth Evans)? And, more immediately, what about Harris (Steve Burton)? They haven’t ended anything. They’ve just opened up to more dangerous possibilities.
Bless Me, Father, For I Have Sinned
Just because Eric (Greg Vaughan) is a defrocked priest who has betrayed his vows multiple times is no reason for him not to have his new son, Jude, baptized. He’s invited John and Marlena to sit down with him and Roman to discuss it.

Is anyone going to discuss how weird it is that Nicole (Arianne Zucker, who recently had a press conference) insists on holding the after-party at her house? The same Nicole who lost her own baby on the SAME DAY that Eric and Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) adopted Jude? Does no one think this is a bit disturbing and unhealthy? For Nicole, most of all? Not even Marlena the shrink?
Up Close and Personal
While Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) and Konstantin (John Kapelos) grow closer, Ava takes care of Harris. We know the Maggie and Konstantin pairing is bound to blow up painfully, but Ava and Harris could be…deadly.
