While the world was mourning the loss of Burt Reynolds, current and former soap opera stars were no exception.
Shortly after the news broke that the screen legend had passed away, Days of Our Lives’ Jen Lilley shared footage of her performing with the Hollywood giant.
The scene is played for laughs, with the actor playing himself and inviting people to “be in the movies” thanks to XBox.
After you see “regular” people trying it out, the camera returns to Reynolds, who is being massaged by Lilley in a hilarious little bit. You can see the whole ad below.
Other soap stars may not have been lucky enough to work with the Hollywood giant, but they definitely had something to tweet about.

I met Burt years ago. He took my hand and held it while we talked, simultaneously putting me at ease and charming me with his unspoken suggestion, “Arent I great?” Yes…you were #RIPBurtReynolds

I had the great fortune to work with Mr. Reynolds on Evening Shade many moons ago. He was the nicest man and funny beyond belief. Sitting in his dressing room, listening to Leonard Nimoy records, laughing our butts off and sharing stories about life…what an unforgettable time. RIP Burt. You were truly one of a kind!! #unforgettable #fun #loving #cowboy
