There are several sneak peek photos featuring EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel). In fact, most of them focus on the DiMera heir interacting with various Salemites.
Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) appears in a few of the photos, including one that features the mad scientist emerging from the DiMera tunnels. Another has him looking very somber in a solo picture.
The others show Dr. Rolf having a tense conversation with EJ in the lab. They are most likely talking about the mouse Mark (Jonah Robinson) found not moving on the June 1 episode of the hit Peacock soap.
DAYS spoilers confirmed that Dr. Rolf gives EJ some very disturbing news. An issue with the drug in the mice could fit that bill. Whatever it is, the photos reveal that they are not happy at all.
