You loved her as Theresa on Days of Our Lives and now Jen Lilley hopes you’ll love to hear her singing as she prepares to release a new single — and album!
Lilley shared her new electronic press kit on social media as she announced that her new tune “King of Hearts” will be released this coming Friday on October 5.
In the video, you get to learn who her musical influences were (hint: it includes Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald), what decades of music meant the most to her, and it gives you an idea of what her upcoming album will sound like.
Not only that, she shows how adorable she is as the camera follows her around various locations, including the recording studio and around Los Angeles as she gives you insight into who she is as an artist.
“My album is about love and loss and relationships, which we’re all in, whether we want to be or not,” she laughed. “Overall, it really just tells a story. Each song is kind of a chapter of a book and it’s not necessarily a mirror of my life. It’s just something we can all relate to.”
