Fans have been having a great time watching Eli and Lani get closer on Days of Our Lives and part of what contributes to that onscreen chemistry is Lamon Archey and Sal Stowers’ off-screen friendship. That friendship was on full display Tuesday.
That’s because April 9 was Archey’s birthday, and the actor turned 38 years old with an on-set party, complete with birthday song and cake! And, it was all captured in a video which of course Stowers tweeted.
“Happy Birthday To This Goof!!! @LamonArchey it’s an honor and joy to work along side you. Thank you for always bringing so much laughter to set. Enjoy your day!!”
The actor danced around, looking adorable as co-stars like Eric Martsolf (Brady) were on hand, cheering him on as he blew out the candles. Archey to be hugely popular with his other co-stars, always making them laugh in funny Twitter posts while also sharing occasional bloopers with his followers.
He first aired as Eli on DAYS back in February of 2017 but it wasn’t his first time on the show. He had a small role on the show back in 2011. In between, he appeared on The Young and the Restless as Mason, who dated Hilary (Mishael Morgan) for a short time.
