On the April 27 episode of Days of our Lives, Alex got the shock of his life when Joy returned to Salem — with baby Kelsey in tow. Alex took a moment to absorb the news. So Angelica, who’s been delighted to finally become a mother, and who’d been a loving and supportive stepmother to Jack (Matthew Ashford), suddenly didn’t care about her baby, except for how she could use him to torment Adrienne, and claim Justin for herself. So now that Angelica was bad, Justin and Adrienne didn’t have to feel guilty about taking her son away from her and sending Angelica packing. And Angelica was willing to go, barely keeping in touch with her son as he grew up. Yay! Happy ending for the fan-favorite couple, and defeat for the evil witch.
