The DAYS spoilers recap for Monday, September 19, 2022, features a nearly ruined proposal, a blast from the past, healthy-ish debate, and a major course correction.
DAYS Spoilers Recap Highlights
Nancy Miller (Patrika Darbo) does not have much faith in either Clyde Weston (James Read) or their relationship. It took nothing more than eavesdropping on his side of a conversation to convince Nance that her beau was either up to no good or cheating on her — be it with a man or woman.

But for perhaps the first time in his entire life, Clyde was on the level. In point of fact, the only thing that he was desperately trying to keep from Nancy was his plan to pop the question.
Hiccup aside, Nancy decided to say yes to the humble ring that she was presented with and throw her all in with Clyde…whom she’s known for all of a few months…and whom she doesn’t trust father than she can throw him. Also, Craig Wesley’s (Kevin Spirtas) back. That doesn’t please Nancy one little bit.
DOOL Recap: That Not So Guilty Feeling
Despite what the police, his husband, his best friend, his crusading uncle, and half of Salem believe, Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) isn’t convinced that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) is the mad stab-happy sadist who murdered Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller) and tried to add him to the kill list.

Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) pulled together and tried to help Sonny regain his memories from the night he was attacked, and their efforts resulted in Sonny remembering that there was a strong whiff of vanilla right before a knife was plunged into his back. Now, who in Salem smells of vanilla?
Days of our Lives Recap: Reunited And It Feels So Good
When Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) came a calling for advice and/or an easy solution for his romantic woes, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) left him wanting. When Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) stormed into the Kiriakis manse, Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) was on hand to give her a reality check.
First, who is Sarah to judge anyone? Second, how is it that Sarah can forgive everything else that Xander’s done, but she’s balking at him torpedoing an already fragile marriage? Third, and most important of all, did Sarah really want to risk losing Xander to *ick* Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien)? No, no Sarah did not.
DAYS Spoilers Recap: Whodunit?
There are a lot of people who hate Leo. Like, a lot. Like, SO many. His list of detractors, enemies, and foes could fill a stadium — but only one of them can be framing him for murder, attempted and otherwise.
Very quickly, he and Gwen — she who was dumb enough to let him into her hotel room post massive betrayal — struck off Nancy, whom they figured drew the line at murder. It also wasn’t Darius, Leo’s former hubs; he’s back in Canada. That leaves…CRAIG?!
