Update: Marlena Evans Black (Deidre Hall), Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), and Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) are still dying, and Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) is still on the case, but things have gotten rather…complicated.

The only hope that the ladies have of being cured lies with a near-mythical orchid that’s believed to be a cure-all, but as far as anyone in the know is concerned, said orchid is extinct. That bodes well for no one.
Luckily for all concerned — or not, depending on how you look at it — Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), thanks entirely to Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) mad genius, has got her hot little hands on — you guessed it — that much-in-demand bloom. Whether or not she’ll hand it over remains to be seen. Expect her to barter.
DOOL Recap: Child’s Play
Proving that she’s just as pleasant as her mother, Kristen’s daughter Rachel (Finley Rose Slater) met Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) attempt to bond over tea and scones with insults and a pastry upside her head. Rather than actually discipline his daughter, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) let her get away with her shenanigans.
Days of our Lives Recap: Thanks For The Memories
Jennifer Rose Horton Deveraux (Cady McClain) is rehab bound, but she doesn’t want Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) tagging along. The babysitter, that is her older brother, will do her just nicely, thank you very much. Also, how did she keep a straight face when Jack said that they’d face her crisis as a united front just as they’ve faced every crisis? Jack’s signature move is the duck, weave, and flee.
DOOL Recap: Samesies
At first, Mike Horton (Roark Critchlow) was all, “Ugh, Nancy, I hate you, you’re awful.” Then, her tale of woe touched him, and led him on a trip down “I Once Believed That I Was A Homosexual So I Totally Get What You Went Through With Craig” Lane. And would you believe that they both love bulgogi and that they’re both New York bound? What are the odds? Why wouldn’t the two of them get together in the Big Apple?
DAYS Spoilers Recap: Peacemakers
Despite everything that’s transpired between them, Craig (Kevin Spirtas) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) parted as friends. Turns out Craig loves Leo because he’s a fabulous, money-grubbing louse and not in spite of it. Weird that.
