The first thing Alex did when Maggie Kiriakis named him her Number Two at Victor’s company was call Victor behind Maggie’s back and try to talk his way into the big chair. Maggie called Alex out on it, and he promised to be a good boy from now on.

Meanwhile, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) is making side deals with shady customs officers in Greece, who are happy to sell him the prisms necessary to make Bo a mogul….we think. It’s unclear. The bigger question is, in light of all that, can Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) trust her second in command?
Job Security for Alex Kiriakis
If Alex wants to keep his job, he’ll follow Maggie’s rules. And Alex does want to keep his job, 16% of you insist. He’ll quit going behind her back and actually try to get her approval for his crazy schemes, including the prisms. He’ll play nice. And wait for Victor (John Aniston) to realize Alex’s value to the family company.

Maggie Kiriakis: Blank Days of our Lives Slate
Alex never learns, a contrary 34% remind. He doesn’t learn when it comes to women. So why would he learn when it comes to business? Alex thinks he can get whatever he wants if he just smiles enough and shows off his abs. We have no problem with either of those attributes. But we don’t expect them to sway Maggie much. Which is why Alex will have to resort to underhanded means.

But, in the end, 50% of the voters went for a split decision: Maggie should trust Alex…but keep an eye on him, too. He might think he’s doing what’s best for the company, but he’s really doing what’s best for Alex. And that’s not always the same thing. His sincerity comes and goes. And so does his attention. He needs someone more mature to keep him in line.
