Then again, an almost equal 28% of the audience think Gwen (Emily O’Brien) is a much better match for Alex. He knows where he stands with her, and she isn’t constantly asking him to become something he’s not. Even if Stephanie were to take him back, she’d keep pushing Alex to go against his basic, hound-dog nature. Why? Sooner or later, he’ll do something to make her throw yet another tantrum. Move on, dude.

DAYS: One True Pairing
Who cares what Alex wants? Stephanie belongs with Chad (Billy Flynn), according to 45% of fans. They are so sweet together. They do wholesome things like take his kids ice-skating, eat ice cream, and go to Greece to rescue her not-dead mom.
Chad is there for Stephanie through thick and thin. Alex only wants one thing. Would Alex have gone to Greece with Stephanie? Well, yeah, he probably would. But he’d spent most of his time showing off his abs on the beach. Chad’s abs aren’t nearly as spectacular, so he’s got more time to play doting boyfriend. And as long as Abigail stays dead, these two should stay golden.
