Before she flees for good, Kristen sneaks in to visit Rachel, so she can explain that she isn’t abandoning her. That’s good. But then Kristen asks Rachel to keep Kristen’s visit a secret. That’s bad.
Rachel may be out of the mental hospital, but she is hardly fully recovered. The damage Kristen did to her goes deep and affects everything Rachel does. She does not handle stress well. When Rachel is stressed, Rachel gets… homicidal.
Kristen Leaves Rachel Primed to Strike Again
Kristen blamed EJ (Dan Feuerriegel, DAYS’ Performer of the Month for July 2026) for provoking Rachel into shooting him. You know, the way he just stood there, looking all un-shot. Kristen claims Rachel would have never gone psycho if her uncle hadn’t threatened Rachel’s grandma.
So what’s Kristen’s excuse for Rachel helping her grandma kidnap and almost kill Ava (Tamara Braun)? Or that time Rachel deliberately poisoned Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). With Kristen gone and forcing Rachel to lie to Brady, how long before Salem’s youngest psycho finds someone else to target?
