On Days of our Lives, poor Mimi Lockhart was always unlucky in love and life, possibly due to growing up in an abusive household — but the same can’t be said for her portrayer, Farah Fath Galfond.

That’s because she was born on May 1, 1984, in Lexington, Kentucky, which means that this fan-favorite is turning 39 years old today! Fath was 5 when she began her acting career, and soon she was appearing in print ads (for products like Duncan Hines) and national commercials (for Pringles potato chips.)
She was a part of the Days of our Lives cast between September 1999 and February 2007 and a brief return in 2018. As Miriam Elizabeth “Mimi” Lockhart, she tackled a number of high-profile storylines, including bullying (during which she was the aggressor), homelessness, and her decision to undergo an abortion.
A mere eight months after her departure from DAYS, Galfond debuted as Gigi Morasco on fellow daytime drama One Life to Live. She remained in the role until the program’s final episode in January of 2012.

Aside from paying a number of return trips to DAYS, Galfond has also appeared in episodes of Friends and American Dreams as well as Non-Stop and Murder and She Baked: A Plum Pudding Mystery (both made for television films).
Galfond is also known for starring in the reality series Dirty Soap alongside many other daytime players, including John-Paul Lavoisier (whom she was dating at the time) and General Hospital stars Kelly Monaco (Sam) and Kirsten Storms (Maxie).
The actress has been married to professional poker player Phil Galfond since May 15, 2015, and the happy couple welcomed a son, Spencer, into their family in December 2018.
