We knew months ago that Vincent Irizarry had been let go from Days of Our Lives (DOOL), but now we have an idea of when we’ll last see the dastardly and demented Deimos.
According to the Jason47 DAYS website, Irizarry and Deimos leave our screens this summer, but he’s not the only person leaving.
Jason47 insists multiple cast members will depart in the coming months, just in time to end Dena Higley’s stories and usher in a new era with Ron Carliati scripts. (Why don’t we just call that DAYS Reboot 3.0, since there’s one when each summer ends of late?)
But, who else will say a summer goodbye to Salem (and how will Deimos go)? That seems to be on the hush hush.

With Arianne Zucker still taping scenes this month and the soap taping six months in advance, it tells us Nicole sticks around till the end of the year, so Deimos definitely goes first.
With characters like Anjelica Deveraux returning very soon and Sami and Will making fall comebacks, we guess DAYS has to make some room on the canvas so some characters will have to say goodbye.
