Leann Hunley returned to the Days of Our Lives set months ago, but now we finally know what day we’ll see her on screen.
According to Serial Scoop, the actress will make her debut on January 9. This is great news for Anna DiMera fans. The character first burst onto the Salem scene back in 1983 as the ex-wife of Roman Brady (then Wayne Northrop, now played by Josh Taylor).
Anna became super popular when she was paired with Thaao Penghlis’s Tony DiMera. It should be fun seeing her have scenes with Andre, also portrayed by Penghlis. Hunley was last seen in Salem back in 2010.

Joining Hunley in January will be Anna’s daughter, Carrie (Christie Clark), as well as Carrie’s husband, Austin (Austin Peck).
Greg Vaughan will also make his comeback in January, bringing his character Eric back to the canvas. Eric certainly has a lot of ties in the area, including Nicole (Arianne Zucker), Jennifer (Melissa Reeves), as well as his parents Roman and Marlena (Deidre Hall).
