New couples on Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) mean that old ones have a chance to reunite and find out if the second – or third, or fourth – time is the charm!
JJ (Casey Moss) and Gabi (Camilla Banus) thought they’d found new loves with Lani (Sal Stowers) and Eli (Leman Archey), respectively. But then, Gabi spent the night with JJ – platonically, to keep him from committing suicide – and Lani saw, misunderstood, and went running to Eli.
They spent the night… not quite as platonically, if Lani’s pregnancy is anything to go by.
A heartbroken JJ left his girlfriend, and Gabi did the same with Eli once the truth came out. Now those two are going shopping for baby supplies and discussing the merits of Lamaze classes, while JJ and Gabi are alone.
Now, granted, Gabi has had a lot more on her mind lately, what with being sent to prison for a crime she didn’t commit. But that little understanding has been all cleared up now.

Yes, 82% of the audience cries! That’s a great idea! Both Gabi and JJ have been through so much, it would be perfect for them to find solace in each other!
Gabi and JJ understand that people make mistakes, they won’t be judgmental of each other. Plus, getting together will really rub Lani and Eli’s noses in their own losses. Ad that is never a bad thing for drama.
