The Days of Our Lives recap for Wednesday, August 29 features a furious Sami as she’s forced to stay with Hope for questioning rather than be at the hospital waiting for word on her mother.
Oh, the Awkwardness!
Sami (Alison Sweeney) had a major showdown with Hope (Kristian Alfonso) at the Salem PD as the two rehashed all of the wrongs each felt the other had committed.
Sami was shocked by how much Hope seemed to hate her but Hope insisted it’s her selfishness that she hates. Hope began to question Sami, who shot back that if Marlena dies while she’s stuck there with her, she will make Hope regret it.
From Bad To Worse
John (Drake Hogestyn) was distraught about Marlena (Deidre Hall), and Belle (Martha Madison) tried to talk him out of thinking that what happened was his fault because he saw her in her dress before the wedding. Belle remained on the blame-Sami bandwagon.
John tried to get Belle to back down but she was furious, insisting that Sami sold them out to get information about EJ. Belle told him to hang on to Marlena’s ring and remember their love’s stronger than the bullet.
Intense Danger
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) gave Brady (Eric Martsolf) a deadly ultimatum — if he wanted to see Eve (Kassie DePaiva), he would have to first make love to her.

Meanwhile, Paul was worried about Brady and worked with Rafe (Galen Gering) to try to find out more about Kristen. Rafe told Paul to head over to the hospital to check on his father.
Light At The End Of The Tunnel
Sonny (Freddie Smith) shared the good news with Adrienne (Judi Evans) about how Will (Chandler Massey) remembers everything and she insisted that they were going to get back together.
Sonny wanted to believe it but knows that his love for Paul (Christopher Sean) remains strong.
Will confided in Eric (Greg Vaughan) about his conflicting feelings and memories. Eric asked if he told Paul and Will admitted he kept it from him. When Paul showed up, Will said there was something he needs to know.
