Leo has proved to be quite a terror to half of Salem on Days of Our Lives, but the mom of the young actor (who plays Chad and Abby’s son, Thomas), reveals that Greg Rikaart has a giant heart.
Asher Morrissette, or at least his mom who runs his account, took to Twitter to tell us to tune in on February 21 for a VERY big DAYS day.
“9 #Days until you see me on #DaysofOurLives. #FunFact countdown #9. In this scene Leo @gregrikaart had to say something about Santa but he made sure everyone knew that Harper @theudelltwins & I had to be off set before he would say his line. I still don’t know what he said!”
Along with the above, Morrissette posted a picture from last Christmas in Salem. You may recall that Leo told the children that there’s no Santa Clause, cementing himself as the Salem’s very own Mr. Grinch. Rikaart, who is a father himself, tried protecting the young actors’ innocence.
He continued to do so when he responded to Morrisette’s tweet.

It’s pretty obvious that Rikaart is nothing like his self-centered character, but boy is he fun to watch!
