Is he or isn’t he — that’s what Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) fans are dying to know.
Is the Chandler Massey return we were promised going to be limited to Will popping up as a manifestation of his dad Lucas’s (Bryan Datillo) drunken and hysterical delusions, or are Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Clyde (James Reade) — and Rolf (William Utay) — telling the truth, and Will is still alive (strangling, what strangling?)?
Which scenario would viewers prefer? Almost 3,000 cast their ballot and now find out what the verdict is!
Bring Him Back Alive
Will lives, hope 69% of you. He’s desperately needed on the canvas. His daughter, Arianna, needs him. Lucas most definitely needs him, and Will being alive should be enough to keep Sami (Allison Sweeney) back to Salem for at least a little while.
Most importantly, Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Paul (Sean Christopher) are just way too happy.

It’s not fair. John (Drake Hogysten) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) had to both come back from the dead — several times — to be together. So did Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Bo (Peter Reckell). So did Steve (Stephan Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans).
Why should Paul and Sonny have it easy? You don’t get to be a soap opera supercouple if it’s all smooth sailing all the time. Even if you’re a Sonny and Paul shipper, you have to know that Will’s return will only make them stronger.
Will Won’t
Nah, we’re good, counter a smaller 31%. Will was boring, entitled, and whiny on the first go-around, we really don’t need a Take Two. His relationship with Sonny was juvenile, first-crush level. Sonny’s relationship with Paul is a pairing of adults.
Besides, Will cheated on Sonny with Paul (Paul didn’t know Will was married, so it wasn’t his fault). Will doesn’t deserve a second chance to break Sonny’s heart. He can stay dead and just visit with Lucas once in a while.
