A majority 61% of you aren’t feeling it. As far as you’re concerned, the only man Gabi (Camila Banus) should be with is Jake (Brandon Barash). Sure, he isn’t the real love of her life, Stefan. But he looks like him. Which is close enough for government work. Gabi and Jake have chemistry, whereas Gabi and Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) only have proximity. It’s really no contest.

Something Happening That Wasn’t There Before
Then again, there’s the 21% of the audience that sees something more between Gabi and Philip than the urge to make Kate’s (Lauren Koslow) head explode. Philip the mogul is much more in Gabi’s wheelhouse than Jake the grease monkey.
They can talk about things like capital gains, tax, and marketing strategies. All Gabi and Jake have is hot sex. That’s not going to move the product! Gabi needs a partner in every sense of the word, not just a boy toy.
Hell Is Other People
Philip and Gabi are an ideal match – if their objective is to drive other people crazy, say the other 18%. It’s not just Kate. It’s not just Jake. Victor (John Aniston) will definitely be against it. Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail (Marci Miller), too – even though it has absolutely nothing to do with them.
If Belle (Martha Madison) can take a break from her murder charge, she’ll likely have an opinion. Also Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin), too. Philip and Gabi will like that.
