On Days of Our Lives, it initially looked like Rafe and Hope’s marriage would fall apart before it barely had a chance to begin, after Claire felt obliged to spill the beans about Rafe sleeping with Sami while he and Hope were on a break.
But then they got over that bump in the road, and ‘Rope’ was back on again. Until the next hiccup.
Hope (Kristian Alfonso) was so obsessed with breaking up her daughter’s relationship with (reformed!) serial killer Ben (Robert Scott Wilson), she was willing to lie, cheat, and steal to make it happen. Rafe (Galen Gering) made a disapproving face.
But then Rafe decided to stick up for his sister, Gabi (Camila Banus), after she tried to make it seem like Abigail (Kate Mansi) had cracked up again and lied that Stefan (Tyler Christopher) and not Chad (Billy Flynn) was baby Charlotte’s father. Hope made a disapproving face.
So will these two crazy kids be able to make it work after all that? Here’s how almost 8,000 viewers voted.
Breaking Up Is Fine To Do
Put a fork in it, they’re done, 55% of the audience has decided. Hope is totally ignoring Rafe’s feelings and going off half-cocked, doing whatever she wants to do, teaming up with whomever she wants, using Ciara’s (Victoria Konefal) safety as her excuse. You don’t buy it and don’t think Rafe should, either.

Anniversary Waltz
Of course, they can get past this, 40% counter. Rafe and Hope have survived much worse – including Sami (Alison Sweeney).
All this latest dust-up proves is that they’ve both devoted to their families, and those are qualities that keep couples together, not break them apart!
Self Control
Rafe is too controlling, 5% of you remind. This doomed couple will break up, but it will be Rafe’s fault, not Hope’s.
