These Two Are Likely The Next Back From The Dead DiMera
The return of Lexie (Nikki Crawford) means the drug EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) created was a success. It also means that not only could EJ make serious money from it, but more DiMeras could soon rise.
EJ informed Chad (Conner Floyd) that he couldn’t bring Abigail (Marci Miller) back because she wasn’t preserved immediately following her death. While that seemed to rule Abigail out, it’s Salem, and EJ, so we won’t count Abigail out just yet, but she isn’t at the top of our list.
Those honors go to Stefan (Brandon Barash) and Peter (Dan Gauthier). Ever since Peter was given a drug that killed him, presumably by Dr. Rolf, it has been clear that the character would likely return at some point.
The problem with EJ using Peter as his next case is that EJ hates Peter, especially after he tried to kill the DiMera siblings in the family crypt. EJ wouldn’t wake Peter from the dead unless there was something in it for him.
Given the volatile state of his relationship with Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and their pure hatred for each other, it would be right up EJ’s alley to bring back Peter to torment or mess with Kristen. The EJ and Kristen feud could be the reason for EJ putting his hatred for Peter aside, resulting in him resurrecting his brother.
One dead DiMera that has been talked about a lot lately is Stefan. Considering how happy Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) has been with Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier), it’s a sure sign Stefan will be back in the mix soon.
However, Stefan has already been brought back to life. DAYS fans will recall that Dr. Rolf had Stefan on ice after he was shot and killed, only to give him Jake’s (Brandon Barash) heart when he died.
That means Stefan most likely won’t return because of EJ’s drug. Personally, we think he isn’t really dead, and Vivian (Louise Sorel) has him stashed away somewhere.
