There are few characters as sweet and loving as John Black on Days of Our Lives but it looks like his portrayer, Drake Hogestyn, maybe giving him a run for his money — at least where it comes to his grandson.
The former ballplayer was clearly excited about the start of the new baseball season, but he kicked things up a notch with his latest tweet.
In it, the handsome actor is playing with his adorable grandson in the swing. Thomas Drake was born late last year and, in this video, he sings to him. You read that right — Hogestyn was singing to his grandson!
And he wasn’t singing just any song — he was singing Take Me Out To The Ballgame! on baseball opening day. During the song, he held onto his grandson’s little feet (in a onesie!) to move them to the beat. Can you think of anything cuter than that?
