He knows Chloe thinks he’s dangerous, and therefore Nicole’s involvement with him would put the child in danger.
This doesn’t stop Deimos from wanting Nicole to have the baby she’s longed for her whole life, so he teams up with Brady to confirm his suspicions and give Nicole her little miracle.

Of course, we hope he does this right and convinces Chloe to tell the truth rather than do something crazy that can hurt Chloe and the baby. With Deimos, anything is possible.
