They don’t exactly have to go on the run together, but now Will and Sonny do need band together on Days of Our Lives (DOOL). Will this experience reunite the exes?
After all, being around Sonny (Freddie Smith) seems to be giving Will (Chandler Massey) all the feels again, as memories start to return. Their love was a massive part of his past.
While he loves and is committed to Paul (Christopher Sean), the experience of trying to save Sonny from going to prison for killing Leo (Greg Rikaart) is bonding them in a way that hasn’t happened since Will returned from the dead.
It’s bound to make him grow to care for Sonny again, but will it be enough to make him turn away from Paul, the man he pursued? Soap Hub asked that question and here is what you had to say about it.

After over 4,500 votes were tallied, an overwhelming 81% believe that working together to cover up Leo’s death will indeed bring the two exes back together.
It has to since they’re keeping it a secret from Paul, which will draw a wedge between him and Will.

The only person Will can talk to about it is Sonny and vice versa. Holding onto an explosive secret like this will make it the two of them against the world — and that’s quite an aphrodisiac. You know it’s just a matter of time before these two are back in each other’s arms again.
Not the Same
Still, 19% believe Will’s love for Paul is genuine, and he won’t jeopardize it by falling for Sonny. Of course, he wants to help Sonny — a huge part of him feels incredibly guilty for breaking his heart.
Will cares for Sonny and would do anything to help him but he won’t risk breaking Paul’s heart. You just can’t see that happening. What they have is too real.
