Days of Our Lives is a campy soap. If you’re a longtime fan, you know that. Sure, we get the raw soap emotion, the storylines that bring you to tears, and core characters you feel are part of your family.
But with DAYS, you also have to suspend your disbelief and then go along for the ride. And what a ride the ‘Jarlena’ wedding was this past week. (And we expect more of a wild ride with Kristen and Sami back in Salem action.)
However, we can’t think of a more glorious week than the one we just saw in which DAYS paid homage to history and made us rewind our DVRs over and over just to watch a set of dentures fly through the air like we did more than 20 years ago.
