The Days of Our Lives recap for Wednesday, December 4, 2019, features a surprising offer for Kate, a rivalry heating up, and JJ going completely off the rails.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
JJ (Casey Moss) was hurting bad and looking for a fix. What better place to find drugs than the hospital, right? He turned up to visit his mom and stole some pills off a cart along the way. Sadly, that wouldn’t be the worst part of his day.
He just so happened to be visiting his mom when she took a call from Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and he got a chance to talk to Haley’s killer. He demanded to see her, she refused, and he nearly broke down right then and there.
He made it clear to his mom there would be no forgiving or forgetting. Kristen must pay. He ran off to plan his next move.
A Lifetime Commitment
As for Kristen, she and Lani (Sal Stowers) were hours away from officially devoting their life to God. They’ll take their vows tomorrow and begin their new life and leave their old one behind. At least that’s the plan.

Off to Rome
Abe (James Reynolds) took a call from Lani and tried to talk her out of taking such drastic measures but it did no good. He tried to reach out to Eli (Lamon Archey) for help but that was quickly shut down. Eli wanted nothing more to do with his ex.
Unfortunately for Eli, a twist will have him jet setting to Rome anyway. He got wind of Chad’s takeover plans and they are connected to players in Italy. Gabi (Camila Banus) all but put him on a plane herself. He needs to get to the bottom of this.
Gina Felt the Pressure
Meanwhile, Abby (Kate Mansi) met up with “Hope” to go over Jen and Eve’s case. She asked for all the notes so she could take a deep dive. Hope didn’t say no, but she definitely did not say yes.
May I Take Your Order?
Over at the pub, we learned Kate’s (Lauren Koslow) is now a waitress. She’s been at it for a year after walking away from the corporate life. Does she love it? Who knows but at least she’s earning an honest living. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
