The Days of our Lives recap for Tuesday, March 16, 2021, features Ciara’s memory giving her fits, Sami putting Lucas in an awkward situation, and Belle putting her foot down.

Despite being momentarily sidelined by a coughing fit, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) remained determined to be by Ciara’s (Victoria Konefal) side. So, after indulging a concerned Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), Ben snuck off and into his wife’s room.
But the reunion didn’t go exactly as planned. As soon as Ciara awoke, and caught sight of Ben, she recoiled in disgust and fear, and wondered what exactly the Necktie Killer was doing whispering sweet nothings into her ears!

Color Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) confused. Just why exactly are so many people against her? Are they not as happy as she is that Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) is dead?
Sure, she might not have actually fired the bullet that killed him – point of fact, she only shot his cold dead corpse – but what’s done is done, and as long as she’s under the impression that Allie (Lindsay Arnold) revenged herself against her rapist, Sami plans to take the fall. Now, if only she can convince Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) to keep her confession under wraps…

Meanwhile, Marlena (Deidre Hall) tried to guilt Belle (Martha Madison) into representing Sami, but Doc’s good daughter refused to back peddle. She’d warned Sami of the consequences of lying to her, and Sami didn’t heed.
But don’t worry, Belle’s got a whole list of competent lawyers who can take over the case…and deal with the perpetual headache that is Sami.
Tangled Web
After hearing about Ciara’s miraculous return, Allie made a beeline for the hospital and celebrated the good news with Claire (Isabel Durant). But talk soon turned to Charlie’s murder, and the role Sami supposedly played, and then Allie mentioned something about it being all her fault.
And of course, Claire immediately jumped to the conclusion that her cousin might have been the one to pull the trigger. So, fess up Allie. Is that what you meant when you said that you were responsible for Sami’s predicament? Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
