Days of our Lives Recap Highlight
An excruciating pain sent Gwen (Emily O’Brien) to University Hospital, and it was there that she learned she had lost her baby. While she struggled to process the news, back at the DiMera mansion, Abigail (Marci Miller) was finding it equally difficult to wrap her head around Jack (Matthew Ashford) inviting Gwen to live with him at the Horton house.
Papa Deveraux argued that he only did it to keep Gwen close by…which only served to further fuel Abby’s anger. After his wife stormed off in a huff, Chad (Billy Flynn) thanked Jack for offering his baby’s mother shelter…at least someone, other than Jennifer (Cady McClain) is on Jack’s side.
Later, Gwen arrived to share her devastating news with the family – but she first encountered a fit-to-be-tied Abby. The two fought bitterly, first in the bedroom, and then at the head of the stairs. By the argument’s end, Gwen was left lying on the foyer floor, with Jack and Chad wondering whether or not Abby helped her along the way.

Regrets, Ben Has A Big One
A properly contrite Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) brought himself, and a bouquet of flowers, to Claire (Isabel Durant), and told her that she may have been right in her decision to forgo helping him kidnap Ciara (Victoria Konefal). Now, can he please have a hug? A super long, tear-streaked hug?
Trimming Some Deadweight
Kate (Lauren Koslow) is done with Jake (Brandon Barash)…or, at least the Kate being played by Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) is done with Jake. But Jake isn’t Xander (Paul Telfer) – he isn’t going to be so easily deterred by “Kate’s” flimsy, out-of-the-blue breakup.
This Thing Called Love
Allie (Lindsay Arnold) swung by Claire’s, interrupted her and Ben’s moment, and engaged Allie in conversation concerning how totes cute Trip (Lucas Adams) was in his lab coat. Might she have feelings for young Doctor Johnson? Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
