The Days of Our Lives recap for Monday, January 27, 2020, features an emotional rollercoaster for Will, a new future for Sonny, and Kristen visiting “her daughter’s” grave for the first time.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) teared up as they remembered the aftermath of their daughter’s death. Rachel Isabella was the highlight of Kristen’s life and the loss was deep. Brady offered to take her to the baby’s grave and stay by her side while she said a proper goodbye.
Nicole: Let’s Be Friends
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) worked to make amends with Eric (Greg Vaughan) and even offered to watch Mickey so he could meet Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) at the hospital. Eric was hesitant but decided it was better to be friends. Yes, she screwed up by keeping the secret but it wasn’t all her fault. He agreed to let her back into his life, at least a little bit.
Eric: Painful Reminders
Things got messy when the foursome ran into each other. Nicole got snippy with Kristen so Kristen gave attitude right back. She made sure Eric knew Nicole already moved on with Brady. The news cut Eric like a knife and he stormed off with baby Mickey in tow. As for Brady and Kristen, they made it to the grave and bonded over their tears.

Victor: So Many Secrets
Meanwhile, Victor (John Aniston) and Xander (Paul Telfer) worry about what’s to come. The truth was coming out and there was nothing they could do to protect Maggie (Suzanne Rogers). The only relief is knowing their baby-swapping secret was safe (at least so far). It turns out they paid off the OBGYN to keep mum about the baby’s real mom.
Will He Save Himself?
Over at the prison, Will (Chandler Massey) reeled from the truth. He was innocent but Maggie was guilty. He could save himself and reclaim his life but it came at a cost to a woman he loves dearly. He was not sure he wanted to tell the truth after all.
Sonny: Moving On
What Will did not know is time was of the essence if he wanted to fix his marriage. Sonny (Freddie Smith) was unaware of the twist and moving on with his life — with Evan. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
