The Days of our Lives recap for Wednesday, June 30, 2021, features Chloe Lane deciding exactly who she should entrust her heart to – with the help of her best (and only) gal-pal, Belle Black Brady.

Chloe’s (Nadia Bjorlin) a smart cookie. She knows that when you’re in doubt, you should call up your good girlfriend, and get her advice. And what could Belle (Martha Madison) advise her, but to choose Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) over Brady (Eric Martsolf)?
Belle loves her big brother. He’s a great and decent guy. But he happens to be tied to Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) – the undisputed Queen of Crazy. Why would Chloe want to fool with that?
Meanwhile, Philip ran into Brady Black and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and got all gloaty because, you know, both of their ladies love him. And what’s not to love? We’re gonna go with the smarminess.
DOOL Recap: Winging It
Normally, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) would eat up a compliment…but she knows that she’s doing wrong and that she doesn’t deserve all the love and praise being heaped upon her by Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) and Abe Carver (James Reynolds); we know it too, even if we don’t know exactly what it is that she’s up to…yet!

But whatever her scheme, it most definitely has something to do with the beloved Horton Town Square. And now that Abe’s handed over her building permits, blueprints unseen – because that’s the way the world works – there’s nothing stopping Paulina except her own conscience…and she’s pretty good at ignoring that.
Days of our Lives Recap: Basket Case
Poor Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). He’s so enamored with both Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Nicole Walker Brady (Arianne Zucker), that he’s actually taken to having conversations with Duke, the stuffed teddy that he shares with Nicole.
And to repeat, Rafe spent the majority of his late evening conversing with a fake bear – like a psychopath. The less said about the moment he grabbed Duke by the neck and yelled at him, “SHUT YOUR LITTLE MOUTH,” the better.
At least Ava and Nicole were able to take it all in stride. Sure, they thought it was a bit weird, but hey – Rafe’s sleep-deprived and an all-around good feller. What’s a little toy abuse in the grand scheme of things?
