The Days of our Lives recap for Tuesday, July 28, 2020, Ciara hunted her man’s attacker and Nicole uncovered Sami’s dirty little secret.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
The race was on to find Ben (Robert Scott Wilson), but to do that, they needed to find his kidnapper. Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) was in the clear so Rafe (Galen Gering) moved onto other suspects. First up was bad dad, Clyde (James Read). Ciara decided to take him on. She went to the prison alone to see the schemer.
Clyde claimed to be innocent but gave Ciara (Victoria Konefal) an interesting option – Orpheus (George DelHoyo). The evildoer loves explosives and would love to see half the town dead. And, of course, he would love to see Ben suffer, too.
Who Are You?
As for Ben, he was strapped to a chair in a concrete room all alone. He tried and failed to break free and screamed for his captor to show their face. The door opened and bright light flooded the room. No one appeared yet, but the reveal is coming soon.
Family Planning
Allie (Lindsay Arnold) left the hospital and made a beeline for Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) apartment. There was no way she was staying where Sami was. She needs space. Luckily, the honeymooners were finally home and more than willing to let her stay.

The couple was in for quite a few shocks, though. Allie updated them on the latest happenings and they were blown away. How did they miss so much in such a short time? The most shocking, though, was Rafe turning down the baby. Why would he do that?
Sami Strikes Again
Nicole wasted no time getting the details from Rafe and she sensed something funny was going on. It didn’t take her long to piece it all together and realize Sami (Alison Sweeney) was behind the adoption drama.
Nicole was right, and it was so much worse than that. Sami not only manipulated Rafe, but she also pushed Will to move forward fast. Allie didn’t even get a chance to settle in after the hospital before Wilson handed her adoption papers.
Sami spilled the details to Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) who completely lost it. How dare Sami get involved?! He warned Sami to cover her tracks and make sure Allie never found out. Sami set out to do just that and paid Rafe another visit. It was a little too late, though, Nicole was getting ready to spill the secret. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
