If Kristen didn’t have to pay for kidnapping a newborn EJ or for ripping an unborn Tate from Theresa’s (Jen Lilley) womb, then 65% of you don’t see why she should be brought up on charges for killing Haley (Thia Megia) or stabbing Victor (John Aniston). After all, she’s a DiMera.
They never pay for anything. And she lives in a town where killers and kidnappers and blackmailers and rapists wander the streets as free men and women… and sometimes even get elected to political office. So why should Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) be any different? Drop all the charges… and let her free to commit more crimes no one will pay any attention to!

Then again, 25% disagree… strongly. Lock her up, you chant! Just because Kristen didn’t pay for any of her earlier crimes doesn’t mean she should continue to skate indefinitely. Victor should press charges. And if he doesn’t – likely to kiss up to Brady (Eric Martsolf) – then the State can take over. The people versus Kristen DiMera, it is!
Secret Lives
Finally, 10% have a compromise suggestion: Kristen can come back, but she can stay hidden. That way, she can cause trouble, but it won’t be ridiculous that she’s walking the streets free.
In addition, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) won’t have to deal with seeing the baby she lost, and John (Drake Hogysten) won’t have another aneurysm.
