During the coronavirus pandemic, many have tried to pick up new skills, maybe learn a language, or even earn a certification in something meaningful — at least that’s the case with Days of our Lives star Sal Stowers — and now she is telling the world about her latest success. She’s also showing her adorable new look!

Sal Stowers Passed Her Exam

The gorgeous star showed off the symbol of the hard work she has been putting in, letting her social media followers know that it has really paid off! As her Instagram followers may know, Stowers has been showing a lot of the work she’s been doing in physical fitness. It turns out she was going for her National Academy of Sports Medicine certification… and she passed!

“I am NASM certified!!!!!!” revealed an excited Stowers. “Hi everybody, It’s been awhile, I know. I took some much needed time away from social media to focus on my @nasm_fitness cert (National Academy Of Sports Medicine) Boy, what a journey! I started studying for my exam a year ago and it was NOT easy, I had to really put in the work.” And it wasn’t an easy road.

“So many ups and downs, self-doubt, wanting to give up and then COVID came and added even more stress. Let me tell you I was going through it, but my dream and purpose were stronger so I decided to fight the fight and use my quarantine time with my head in the books and focusing on passing my exam… and now i can finally say I PASSED! such an incredible feeling.

“@hcpersonaltraining I cannot thank you enough for tutoring and putting in the time and effort to help me along this journey. I couldn’t have done it without you. With that said, Now it’s time to go even deeper, keep growing, keep learning. I will be starting my CES (corrective exercise specialist) and creating exercise programs for you all.”

Sal Stowers went on to reveal what’s driving her through this journey. “My passion, mission and deepest desires with this and with everything else I do in my life is to always shed light on the lives of others and inspire women and young girls all over the world to fall in love with health and fitness by falling in love with themselves first.

“When you fully love who you are, you want to take care of yourself, you make better choices, you show up for you. Like I always say….You get one body, take care of it, love it and most importantly enjoy it. To everyone who took the time to read this, Thank you! Xx 💋 #Nasmcpt #inspire #livetomakeadifference #nasm #IAMACPT”

Some of those reading were the actress’s DAYS co-workers. Onscreen mother-in-law Vanessa Williams (Valerie) responded saying, “Certified GORGEOUS indeed! Congratulations BabyGirl 👏🏾!” to which Stowers replied, “@imvanessawilliams 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 I love you!!! Thank you beautiful 💜💜💜💜”
