The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Tuesday, April 24 features Chad losing his mind when he finds “Abigail” in bed with his half-brother!!
No Choice
Rafe (Galen Gering) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso) tried to pull Chad (Billy Flynn) off of Stefan (Tyler Christopher), but he explained he found Abby in Stefan’s bed.
He wanted to go look for her but Hope and Rafe arrested him instead. JJ (Casey Moss) arrived and took Stefan to the hospital with Rafe.
At the station, Chad refused to get a lawyer. Hope told him Abby was the mystery woman, and Chad told her that Stefan admitted to brainwashing Abby and accused him of raping her.
Chad told Hope that Abigail even said she wasn’t Abby. He thinks Stefan brainwashed Abby to think she was Gabi.
Meanwhile, Steve (Stephen Nichols) ran into “Abigail” (Marci Miller), who was freaking out over Stefan and had called 911.
He tried to comfort her, realizing she was upset. As he spoke to her, the real Abby tried to get out, but Gabigail quickly ran off.
She headed to the hospital and overheard Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) reveal that Stefan had a 50/50 chance to survive.

She also overheard Rafe tell JJ everything happening with her and that Gabi was injured. As she went to be with Stefan, Steve learned Abby’s “missing.”
Moving Forward
Ciara (Victoria Konefal) brought Wyatt to Tripp’s (Lucas Adams) restaurant and Tripp accused her of trying to make him jealous. He then admitted that Claire did try to cheat.
Steve arrived and Tripp confided in him. Steve warned him that Ciara is stubborn, just like her mom and dad. Later, Tripp intercepted a telling text on Wyatt’s phone, which he’d left in the men’s room.
Racked By Guilt
Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) spoke with Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and was relieved Julie didn’t blame her for ruining Hope’s wedding.
Claire recalled manipulating Wyatt into rigging the contest but told a skeptical Julie that her followers turned things around. Julie gave her sage advice that got Claire thinking.
