Days of Our Lives has original content throughout the summer and into the fall, despite production halting due to the coronavirus. That hasn’t stopped the show from creating new content that can be seen on social media.

Days of Our Lives Humor

Inspired by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’s sketch The Longest Days of Our Lives, DAYS has come up with a spoof of spoof — The Drinks Are on Us.

On the show’s official Twitter account, the description for this new bit is: “These drinks were not made for sippin’. Watch more of the drama on the DOOL App.”

In the video, viewers can see Linsey Godfrey (Sarah) playing a diva, who rips off her wig and then tosses a drink into the face of James Reynolds (Abe), who, in turn, throws one into the face of Alison Sweeny (Sami).

DAYS continues to show it has nothing on reality stars and real housewives (known for throwing a drink or two!) as the drink-tossing continues. Sweeney tosses one into the face of her TV step-brother Eric Martsolf (Brady), who then throws one onto Robert Scott Wilson (Ben). Wilson tosses so much liquid onto Lamon Archey (Eli) that he takes his shirt off to get some relief!

Stephen Nichols (Steve), Mary Beth Evans (Kayla), and a tiara-wearing Victoria Konefal (Ciara) who appears to be channeling a little Princess Gina, also take a dousing. Konefal’s character asks, “How dare you throw a drink in the face of a princess?!” At one point, Konefal’s character’s tiara falls off her head and it’s hard to tell whether it’s intentional or not!

In addition to seeing the sketch on Twitter, fans can also view it on the DOOL App! If you don’t have the DOOL App, you can download it by clicking here. Days of Our Lives airs weekdays on NBC. Check local listings for air times.
