Lucas may be over in Europe taking care of his daughter on Days of Our Lives, but Bryan Dattilo is making sure he’s still in fighting shape.
The actor has been sharing some topless images on his social media of late. At the end of January, he shared an image of himself shirtless on Twitter as he was juicing in his kitchen. And, this past Monday he showed off the boxing skills that are part of his exercising workout.
“Still trying to drop a few pounds, so you got to box,” he said, as he wrapped up his hands before hitting the bag.
In the video, which was quite mesmerizing, the shirtless actor starts hitting the bag with a lot of purpose and energy. At the end of the video, which you can see below, he had a bit more to say.
“It ain’t easy being cheesy,” he shared.

Perhaps Lucas needs to return to Salem and take on those Mexican drug lord’s friends and save Chloe himself. It sure looks like he could do it!
