Raines has been over zealous in his pursuit of Hope (Kristian Alfonso), seeming almost excited to use excessive force to capture her.
He thought he finally had her when he cornered her in the alley. Unfortunately for him, Raines has to call in reinforcements when he shoots at Hope and loses her in pursuit. How long will Hope be able to outrun him?
