Meanwhile, life and work must go on. While Abe (James Reynolds) had wanted Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering) to make his life easier and work out who should get the promotion amongst themselves, that didn’t happen. So Abe finally makes a decision and names the new police commissioner.
