The Days of Our Lives recap for Friday, October 19 has the prodigal son returns and life in Salem will never be the same.
Foiled Again
Sami (Alison Sweeney) lost the mystery patient but found Brady (Eric Martsolf). She laced into him about his “girlfriend.” He told her he was playing Kristen and updated her on what he knew about the mystery patient. Before Sami took off, she locked Brady in the room.
Surprise Visitor
Xander (Paul Telfer) caught Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and he told her he’ll take her to say goodbye to Eric before he slits his throat.
Nicole told him she’ll go with him but if he kills Eric, no way. He brought her to the warehouse but Nicole got the drop on him and knocked him out. She tried to find her way out and found several doors with other initials on them.
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) found an unconscious Eric (Greg Vaughan) and tied him up. When he woke, she asked if Sami was there too but he played dumb. He asked her to help him get to Nicole. She wasn’t into that but mentioned that there are “others” besides EJ.
Mama Bear
Mimi (Farah Fath) was furious that Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) had her kid and told Bonnie (Judi Evans) it’s time to end this.

Mimi realized they needed a lawyer and asked Belle (Martha Madison), who didn’t want to be in the middle of her and Chloe — but also didn’t think Bonnie deserved the baby.
Mimi then blurted out she’s the mom and also told her about killing her own father. Mimi begged her to help and let her know who the baby’s father is.
The Prodigal Son Returns
Bonnie wanted something to eat and tried to pose as Adrienne, but Roman (Josh Taylor) caught on and threw her out of the pub. Later, Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) showed up at the pub to say hello to his dad!
Bonnie ran into Lucas and Chloe and when Lucas took Baby Bonnie away, Bonnie asked to speak with Chloe alone and slipped up — mentioning Mimi — and then quickly left.
