The Days of Our Lives recap for Monday, December 17 features Gabi seeing red when Julie finds the DNA results and threatens to take her down.
Gabi (Camila Banus) caught Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) snooping and threatened to call Doug.
Julie showed her the envelope she found. Gabi claimed they were the test results but Julie opened it anyway and learned Chad’s the dad and slapped Gabi. Julie ripped her a new one for her cruelty and said she was going to tell Chad, so Gabi chased after her.
They fought over the envelope but Julie fell down the stairs just as Sonny and Chad entered and saw her at the top of the stairs and Julie out cold.
And Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) caught Abigail (Kate Mansi) snooping and she had to confess she wasn’t Gabby and why she was there.
She asked Kayla point blank if she prescribed sedatives to Gabi but Kayla couldn’t reveal that and she felt horrible. She made her swear to keep quiet and Kayla agreed. Abby tried to reach Julie but she had no luck.
Hope (Kristian Alfonso) confronted Ciara (Victoria Konefal) about Ben. Ciara refused to believe anything bad, so Hope vowed to change her mind and told her about the Ted incident.

Later, Ciara questioned Ben about what Hope said. When he claimed he was following orders, Ciara had doubts but accepted what he said.
Rafe (Galen Gering) vented to Eli (Lamon Archey) about Hope and Ted. Eli told him Hope probably hated lying to him. Later, Rafe saw Hope and she got angry when she learned he searched her credit card history to find her.
Earlier, Victor (John Aniston) questioned Chad (Billy Flynn) about his bad business move to get back at DiMera. When Victor learned from Sonny (Freddie Smith) that Chad knew about the Leo plot but remained silent to keep his job, Victor fired him.
Sonny stood up for Chad cause he didn’t want the CEO job back. Chad understood and apologized to them both.
