The Days of Our Lives recap for Thursday, April 25 features a surprise guest when Rex plans a romantic dinner.
Rex (Kyle Lowder) was a happy man, traveling through Salem giving out the good news about Will (Chandler Massey). He stopped by the Kiriakis mansion to tell Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) and Kate (Lauren Koslow).
Then, he went home and found Eric (Greg Vaughan) looking at pictures of Nicole (Arianne Zucker). He assured his brother he’d find love, too.
Then, he prepared dinner and he was thrilled when there was a knock on the door. When he opened the door, he was stunned to see a very-much-alive Nicole standing there.
Meanwhile, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) managed to get Marlena (Deidre Hall) to tell her about Eric’s pledge to God and his feelings for her. Sarah wasn’t sure what to do with the information, but he eventually confronted Eric at The Brady Pub.

At the DiMera mansion, someone snuck into Holly’s room and placed a doll there. Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) was then shocked to see the doll back, but she went on with her date with Stefan (Brandon Barash) in the living room. She had no idea a masked and gloved man was right upstairs staring at a sleeping Holly.
In fact, nobody noticed anything because Stefan gave his head of the security the night off. Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) decided to spend his free time with Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and called her over to his place where they began to make love.
Hope (Kristian Alfonso) tried fighting her feelings for Ted again after telling Ciara how glad she was that she was safe. Of course, Ted (Gilles Marini) continued with his nefarious ways and Hope was none the wiser. Great police commissioner there.
