The Days of Our Lives recap for Thursday, September 20 features Gabi revealing her diabolical plan that ends with her raising Abby’s baby with Chad!
Point of No Return
Gabi (Camila Banus) dragged a drugged Abigail (Marci Miller) upstairs where she put her to bed. She then took out the “Gabby” wig and planted it near her.
Chad (Billy Flynn) ran into Kate (Lauren Koslow) and she was concerned when she learned he’s been confiding in Gabi. She tried to encourage him to forgive Abby. Irritated, Kate later texted Gabi that she needed to see her urgently. Chad arrived before she escaped.
Chad and Thomas found Abby and woke her up. She figured she must have taken a nap and Chad looked concerned. He quizzed her about what happened and she was confused.
Kate tried talking sense into Gabi but to no avail. She told Kate she planned to have Abby’s alter “Gabby” return, and then she could raise the baby with Chad after she rips the rug out from Stefan — making it look like Stefan made the switch. And, Kate better stay quiet or else.
Daddy Dearest
Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) told Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) that little Bonnie is his daughter. He went to see Big Bonnie but said he was more than willing to raise the baby on his own. Bonnie said she won’t tell him where the baby is unless he helps her.

Kayla got a call from Steve and tearfully told him that Stefan could control his eye, and that she loves him and will wait for him.
Shattered Dreams
Lani (Sal Stowers) told Eli (Lamon Archey) she feels a connection with him but doesn’t want to date him. He poured his heart out but she remained firm and insisted they stay in the friend zone.
Off To A Bad Start
Sheila (Tionne “T Boz” Watkins) told Abe (James Reynolds) she was going to return his credit card but he didn’t believe her. When he tried to stop her from leaving, she claimed he was assaulting her. Eli arrived and handled it.
