The Days of Our Lives recap for Wednesday, October 3 has Kristen working Brady to the point that she might just get what she wants.
Major Obsession
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) told Brady (Eric Martsolf) not to call the cops and admitted she loved him and wanted them to be together. He railed at her for what happened to Marlena and Paul, while Kristen said she knew what he did to Nicole.
Kristen swore she was the only one who would never leave him and asked for another chance. She asked him to run away with her… and surprisingly, Brady agreed.
You Are Not My Mother
Sami (Alison Sweeney) figured out it was Hattie (Deidre Hall) but Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) walked in and Hattie looked to her for protection. Hattie finally fessed up.
Kayla told Sami that Marlena’s alive and well but when Sami told her to take her to her mom, Kayla refused. Sami said she’d find her herself.
John (Drake Hogestyn) told Marlena almost everything but before he could tell her the last part, she spotted his wedding ring. Marlena was crushed as John mansplained. Marlena remembered Sami shot her at her wedding — but then she realized the shot came from somewhere else.

Altered State
Abigail (Marci Miller) confessed to JJ (Casey Moss) she fears her alters have returned. She didn’t want to tell Chad (Billy Flynn) out of fear he couldn’t handle it but he walked in on the discussion. She played it off but worried if she spends time with Chad, Gabby may sabotage their relationship so she cancelled their picnic.
Twisted Plan
Gabi (Camila Banus) continued to manipulate Stefan (Tyler Christopher) but he started to suspect she was up to something. When Eli (Lamon Archey) arrived, Gabi quickly left and Stefan told the cop to focus on Sami. Eli later arrested Sami.
Gabi saw Chad and continued to manipulate him by sowing seeds of doubt in him about Abby’s mental state. She then told him that Stefan believes Gabby is back. Meanwhile, Stefan arrives at Abby’s, telling her they need to talk.
