Days of Our Lives (DOOL) Recap: Lani Made Her Decision About The Baby!

The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for January 15 features Lani making a big decision about her baby. But, does she tell JJ the truth? Read on.

Oh Baby!
JJ (Casey Moss) let Lani (Sal Stowers) know he would love to raise “their” baby together. As Lani was about to tell him the truth, Jennifer interrupted and JJ told them both he quit the force. After she left, Lani tried again but JJ wanted to first take her to the Tom and Alice plaque.

Gabi (Camila Banus) suggested she take Eli (Lamon Archey) out to dinner since she’s poised to make major money and he didn’t mind being a kept man. They happened upon JJ and Lani, whose demeanor completely changed when she spotted them, which JJ noticed.

Eli invited Gabi to his place and they made love for the first time. Meanwhile, JJ apologized for pressuring Lani and vowed to stand by her no matter what. Lani told a thrilled JJ he should get ready for some sleepless nights.

Green-Eyed Monster
Eric (Greg Vaughan) talked to Roman (Josh Taylor) about Jennifer’s (Melissa Reeves) 180-turn. Anna (Leann Hunley) ran into Jennifer and again reiterated about Eric not being over Nicole. Dr. Henry Shaw arrived for their date and took her to the Brady Pub.

Roman called Eric a chicken and told him to up his game just as Jennifer and Henry arrived. Eric joined them at their table when he learned Henry will be helping out at the center and quizzed Henry about his life. Later, he was jealous to see Jennifer laughing with him.

Plotting Partners
Vivian (Louise Sorel) and Stefan (Tyler Christopher) talked about Andre’s (Thaao Penghlis) desire for power being his Achilles heel, hence he was easy to manipulate. Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Andre interrupted them and Kate continued to insult an annoyed Vivian.

Andre took Kate out and toasted her but Anna overheard and chastised him for all he did to her and Tony. Kate told her to let it go but Anna said she hopes he gets what’s coming to him. Then Roman joined, and Andre brought up when Roman kissed Kate, which annoyed Anna.

Vivian gave Stefan a watch that once belonged to her nephew, Lawrence. She told him how she’s ended up pushing her loved ones away but is grateful he found her.
