The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for February 6 features Gabi learning that someone may be impersonating her – but can she get anyone else to believe that?
Oh, Mother
Chad (Billy Flynn) found Abigail (Marci Miller) still in the DiMera mausoleum even though the service was long over. He updated her about Anna and Hattie, and she shared her thoughts about Gabi (Camila Banus).
On the Case
Rafe (Galen Gering) and Eli (Lamon Archey) were shocked to see Gabi in the missing footage. Both believe she’d own up to it if she was guilty so they tried to come up with excuses for her being there.
Oh, Mother
Vivian (Louise Sorel) told Stefan (Tyler Christopher) they got away with it but Gabi walked in. Oblivious, she asked if he’ll reinstate her and he said yes – but Vivian blurted he couldn’t. Gabi got a call had to take off for the station. Vivian read Stefan the riot act about helping Gabi.
Stefan admitted it’s all about Abigail and Vivian slapped him, telling him to get over her already – just as Abby and Chad walked in. Stefan admitted they were talking about Abby. Vivian was upset he was trying to help Gabi, which earned him thanks from Abby.

At the station, Eli and Rafe showed Gabi the footage. She swore on Ari’s life it wasn’t her. Eli believed Gabi but Rafe wanted to pursue finding other angles of footage. Instead, he found a keycard was used to exit – Gabi’s. They zoomed in and found the missing part of the urn.
Don’t Mess With Mama
Lani (Sal Stowers) thought Valerie (Vanessa Williams) was bluffing until she knew her due date. Lani shared JJ’s suicide story, which Valerie knew and begged her to keep quiet. Valerie swore she’d never lie to Eli again, and told Lani she has 24 hours to tell him.
Getting His Act Together
JJ (Casey Moss) went to see Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) to ask about Lani’s pregnancy. He’s worried she isn’t as fine as she says she is. Kayla tried to put him at ease without jeopardizing Lani’s confidentiality. JJ revealed he wanted to become an EMT.
