The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Wednesday, November 8 features Brady patting himself on the back for a job well done – and then following that up with a drink. Oh my….
Setting the Trap
Brady (Eric Martsolf) dropped a bomb on Eve (Kassie DePaiva), telling Rafe (Galen Gering) and Eli (Lamon Archey) he has proof that she’s the one who murdered Deimos (Vincent Irizarry). They take her down for questioning, and Brady had a drink to celebrate, thinking how well his latest plan just went.
Too Close For Comfort
After meeting with Kate (Lauren Koslow), Gabi (Camila Banus) excitedly told Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail (Marci Miller) that they could be working together. When things got awkward, she offered to turn it down if it would make them too uncomfortable.
Looking For Trouble
Kate met with Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), and told her the board wants to know the mysterious donor’s identity. She admitteds it was Tripp (Lucas Adams), and Kate couldn’t believe she accepted mob money. Kate then asked about Tripp, remembering how he saw her with Theo. Kayla hedged, intriguing Kate.
Kate later overheard a private conversation between Kayla and Steve (Stephen Nichols), in which they discussed what Tripp had done to Kayla and how if it came out, Kayla could be in big trouble at the hospital. Kate just tucked that little nugget away.

The Road To Hell…
Claire got excited because she was suddenly trending online. Theo (Kyler Pettis) took credit, saying he bought her followers and it infuriated Claire. She yelled at him, claiming he doesn’t know her at all. Later, Chad and Abby dropped by and asked Theo if anyone’s asked him to do something behind their backs, stunning Theo.
Earlier, Tripp and Steve had a conversation about the future. He offered to bring him into the detective business, but Tripp worried about how he screws up. He remembered how much he loved working with Kayla but he screwed that up. Claire then happened by and Tripp’s mood perked up.
