The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Friday, April 27 features Jennifer getting the lowdown about Abigail from Hope and Chad — and it breaks her heart.
Devastating Blow
Hope (Kristian Alfonso) filled in Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Eric (Greg Vaughan) about what happened to Abby and let her know they need to find her.
Jennifer visited Chad (Billy Flynn) and apologized to him for her daughter. Chad let her know that Stefan raped Abby. Jennifer couldn’t understand why she defended Stefan, and Chad told Jennifer it was like Abby was under some kind of spell.
After telling Eric that Marlena seems to be missing, Hope got a call from Rafe about Gabi being in the hospital. When Jennifer came out from talking to Chad, she fell apart in Eric’s arms.
By His Side
Gabigail (Marci Miller) kept vigil by Stefan’s (Tyler Christopher) bedside. As she sung to him, he regained consciousness. He begged her to leave for her own good, promising to find her.
She kissed him goodbye but was caught by Steve (Stephen Nichols). Gabigail agreed to go talk to Kayla after he told her the police are looking for her, but she pushed Steve, trying to make a run for it and ran right into Hope.

Helping Hand
Brady (Eric Martsolf) collapsed, calling for Eve. Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) found him and couldn’t believe he was wasted. Brady begged to go to the hospital. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) ran a tox screen.
Going Too Far
Miguel cornered Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) and pulled a gun. He told her his plan and what he did to Brady. Eve arrived and Miguel told her to get rid of her. Miguel told her Chloe’s taking the job, which shocked Eve.
After she left, Eve spilled the beans to Lucas when he called to tell her about Brady. She went to see Brady in the hospital but he wasn’t awake.
Meanwhile, Miguel threatened to kill Lucas. He took her phone and wouldn’t let her speak to Lucas when he called, but she did leave him a note.
