As Victor (John Aniston) and Brady (Eric Marstolf) spoke ill of the dead at Deimos’ (Vincent Irizarry) grave, a veiled woman showed up to join in the mourning.
It’s Eve (Kassie DePaiva)! And – guess what? – she’s Deimos’ widow! (Yeah, Victor had the same look on his face at the news that you do now.) Here’s what else over 4,000 fans had to say about it:

Say what now, 67% of the audience is scratching its head and double-checking. Eve – who’s been off-screen for months, married Deimos – also off-screen? And it’s taken her even more months to share this news with the Kiriakis family?
Shouldn’t she have been on their doorstep the minute news of Deimos’ death broke, demanding her share of the pie? And by pie, we mean money.
The idea that Eve would have stayed away for so long without demanding a penny is the craziest part of this already crazy tale!

It’s Salem, shrug a much harder to shock 33% of you. Nothing shocks you in this town.
Think about it: Sami (Allison Sweeney), Marlena (Deidre Hall), John (Drake Hogysten), Sonny (Freddie Smith), and Paul (Sean Christopher) are currently cross-examining an Elvis impersonator (sorry, a back from the dead Elvis – but not EJ, FWIW) about whether or not he knows a mad scientist who might have brought Will (Chandler Massey) back from the dead, too.
And you’re supposed to express surprise about some wedding? If anyone was going to marry Deimos secretly off-screen, Eve is a top candidate.
She’s always been mercenary. And Deimos is a bit of a soft touch when it comes to women. (In his defense, 30 years behind bars can make a fellow pretty hard up and vulnerable to a pair of big, round… eyes.)
