Days of Our Lives (DOOL) has lost another member of its extended family.
Actress Heather North, who portrayed Sandy Horton from 1967-1972, died November 30 at the age of 71. She was the widow of famed former executive producer, Wes Kenny, after his death in 2015.
He had served in that capacity at DAYS, General Hospital, and The Young and the Restless.
Acting on DAYS wasn’t North’s only claim to fame. She was also the second actress to voice the beloved character of Daphne on the animated show, Scooby Doo in many of its incarnations.

The actress also appeared on primetime shows like Adam-12, Love American Style, The Fugitive, My Three Sons and many others.
