Days of our Lives fans are seeing a Wendy Shin they’ve never seen before. This isn’t the playful, friendly, easy-going Wendy. This is an angry, vengeful, bitter Wendy.

Right now, it makes sense. Wendy’s (Victoria Grace) brother has just died, and she is convinced Gabi (Camila Banus) killed him. But is this just a quick flare-up, or is Wendy committed to scorching the Earth for the long haul?
Next To Normal
Wendy is just in pain right now. It’s understandable. But it won’t last. Not only will she have Tripp (Lucas Adams) there to talk her down — he knows a little bit about becoming consumed by revenge — but she will also be hit by the sharp sting of reality when she learns that it was Li (Remington Hoffman) who arranged for Harris (Steve Burton) to try and kill Stefan (Brandon Barash). Once she remembers her brother wasn’t a saint, Wendy will dial it back a bit.

Short Term Temporary Insanity
Though this process might take a while. Wendy learning about Li’s misdeeds will only make her more convinced that somebody was out to get him. And that somebody was Gabi. Her brother didn’t deserve to die, no matter what the rest of the world claims he did. And she will take time to let go of that notion. Which means Gabi, Stefan, and the rest of the DiMeras had better duck and cover. We’ll let them know when it’s safe to resurface.
Damn the Torpedoes
On the other hand, once she gets a taste of the bad girl life, Wendy may decide to lean into it. Nice girls don’t go far in Salem. It’s definitely a bad girl kind of town. Wendy may find that after she gets justice for her brother, she wants to keep her new persona going for a while longer. Someone else might piss her off again soon.
